1. " Definition of stroke "

A stroke is a medical emergency. 
A stroke is a sudden interruption in the blood supply of the brain. Most strokes are caused by an abrupt blockage of arteries leading to the brain (ischemic stroke). 

 Other strokes are caused by bleeding into brain tissue when a blood vessel bursts (hemorrhagic stroke). Because stroke occurs rapidly and requires immediate treatment, stroke is also called a brain attack. 

The symptoms of a stroke is a very short time period. 

 Strokes may cause sudden weakness, loss of sensation, or difficulty with speaking, seeing, or walking🚢and unable to perform normal activities.

Hypertension is the cardiovascular disease. Hypertension is another name for high blood pressure. It can lead to severe health complications and increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and sometimes death.

Blood pressure is the force that a person's blood exerts against the walls of their blood vessels. This pressure depends on the resistance of the blood vessels and how hard the heart has to work.

Hypertension is a primary risk factor for cardiovascular disease, including stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and aneurysm and so many disease 😷. 

A condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high.

Usually hypertension is defined as:- 
#  blood pressure above 140/90, and is considered severe if the pressure is above 180/120.

• The blood pressure is above 140/90  is 
:- 140 is a systolic blood pressure
:- 90 is a diastolic blood pressure. 



2. " Causes of Hypertension "

The causes of hypertension is unknown. 
Only the doctors give a supportive causes of hypertension. They classified into two types. These two types following are :-

1. Primary hypertension
2. Secondary hypertension


1.  Primary hypertension  :-

1. Penicillin antibiotic

Antibiotics is one of the most widely used and is usually effective in treating gonorrhea . 

If you have this STD, your doctor will likely prescribe two antibiotics: 

1. ceftriaxone and either azithromycin (Zithromax, Zmax) 

2. doxycycline (Monodox, Vibramycin). 

Ceftriaxone is given as a one-time injection -- usually a dose of 250 milligrams (mg). The other two antibiotics are taken by mouth.

HIV is a virus that targets and alters the immune system and cd4 cells , increasing the risk and impact of other infections and diseases. Without treatment, the infection might progress to an advanced disease stage is called as AIDS.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks immune cells called CD4 cells, which are a type of T cell.

These are white blood cells that move around the body, detecting faults and anomalies in cells as well as infections. When HIV targets and infiltrates these cells, it reduces the body's ability to combat other diseases.

This increases the risk and impact of opportunistic infections and cancers and so many disease 😷.

Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a chronic,incurable, and otentially life-threatening condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). By damaging your immune system, HIV interferes with your body's ability to fight the organisms that cause disease. HIV is a sexually transmitted infection (STI).

After the initial infection, the syphilis bacteria can remain inactive (dormant) in your body for decades before becoming active again.

The causes of syphilis is a bacterium called Treponema pallidum.
 The most common route of transmission is through contact with an infected person's sore during sexual activity.
The bacteria enter your body through minor cuts or abrasions in your skin or mucous membranes.

4.  " Types of syphilis " 


It is a common sexually transmitted disease (STD). It’s easily cured but can be serious if it’s not treated.

This STD develops in four stages. 
Symptoms in the first two can be so mild that you might not notice them. One stage -- latent syphilis -- doesn’t have symptoms.
The other three phases have distinct symptoms.

They develop as follows:

1.  Primary
Painless sores appear at the site of infection (mouth, anus, rectum, vagina, or penis). These are called chancres.
It’s easily treated and cured with medicine.


2. Secondary
Rough red or reddish brown rash on palms of hands and soles of feet and other symptoms occurs such as :- 

# Swollen lymph nodes
# Fever
# Sore throat
# Patchy hair loss
# Headaches and body aches
# Extreme tiredness (fatigue)


3. Latent
During this phase, the syphilis bacteria are still alive in your body, but you have no signs or symptoms of the infection. You’re not contagious during this stage, 
but syphilis may still affect the body parts such as  :-

# Nerve

# Muscles πŸ’ͺ

4. Tertiary
This stage begins when symptoms from the secondary stage disappear. Syphilis isn’t contagious at this point, but the infection has started to affect your organs. This can lead to death.
