AIDS

1.  " Definition of AIDS "

As we all know that, AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease.
AIDS ( Auto Immuno deficiency syndrome  ) is cause by a virus, thats virus is HIV  ( Human Immuno Deficiency Virus  ).

HIV is a virus that targets and alters the immune system and cd4 cells , increasing the risk and impact of other infections and diseases. Without treatment, the infection might progress to an advanced disease stage is called as AIDS.

# HIV

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks immune cells called CD4 cells, which are a type of T cell.

These are white blood cells that move around the body, detecting faults and anomalies in cells as well as infections. When HIV targets and infiltrates these cells, it reduces the body's ability to combat other diseases.

This increases the risk and impact of opportunistic infections and cancers and so many disease ๐Ÿ˜ท.

2.  " Causes of AIDS "

Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a chronic, incurable, and otentially life-threatening condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). By damaging your immune system, HIV interferes with your body's ability to fight the organisms that cause disease. HIV is a sexually transmitted infection (STI).

4. Types of syphilis

5. Prevention of syphilis

6. Treatment of  syphilis . . .

Syphilis

1. " Definition of syphilis  "

Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease ( STD ) . Syphilis is a bacterial infection usually spread by sexual contact. The disease starts as a painless sore — typically on your genitals, rectum or mouth. Syphilis spreads from person to person via skin or mucous membrane contact with these sores.

After the initial infection, the syphilis bacteria can remain inactive (dormant) in your body for decades before becoming active again.

2.  " Causes of syphilis  "

The causes of syphilis is a bacterium called Treponema pallidum.
The most common route of transmission is through contact with an infected person's sore during sexual activity.
The bacteria enter your body through minor cuts or abrasions in your skin or mucous membranes.

3. " Sign and symptoms of syphilis "

There are following symptoms of syphilis are :-

# Painless ulcers

# Sores

# vaginal discharge

# Skin rashes

# Small bump

# Ulcers

# Fatigue

# Itching

# Mouth ulcers

# Rash on the palm ๐Ÿ‘

# Rash on the Soles

# Enlarge liver in babies๐Ÿ‘ถ

# Swollen gland

# Discharge from nose ๐Ÿ‘ƒ

# Neurological problems

4.  " Types of syphilis "

It is a common sexually transmitted disease (STD). It’s easily cured but can be serious if it’s not treated.

This STD develops in four stages.
Symptoms in the first two can be so mild that you might not notice them. One stage -- latent syphilis -- doesn’t have symptoms.
The other three phases have distinct symptoms.

They develop as follows:

1.  Primary
Painless sores appear at the site of infection (mouth, anus, rectum, vagina, or penis). These are called chancres.
It’s easily treated and cured with medicine.

2. Secondary
Rough red or reddish brown rash on palms of hands and soles of feet and other symptoms occurs such as :-

# Swollen lymph nodes
# Fever
# Sore throat
# Patchy hair loss
# Headaches and body aches
# Extreme tiredness (fatigue)

3. Latent
During this phase, the syphilis bacteria are still alive in your body, but you have no signs or symptoms of the infection. You’re not contagious during this stage,
but syphilis may still affect the body parts such as  :-
# Heart ❤
# Brain
# Nerve
# Eyes ๐Ÿ‘€
# Muscles ๐Ÿ’ช
# Bones
# other parts of body.. .

4. Tertiary
This stage begins when symptoms from the secondary stage disappear. Syphilis isn’t contagious at this point, but the infection has started to affect your organs. This can lead to death.
Symptoms of tertiary syphilis may include:

# Muscles spasms
# Controlling Muscles movement
#Numbness
# Dementia
# Eye swallowing
# Blindness
# Nerve damage
# Brain damage
# Finally death ⚰

5. " Prevention of syphilis "

It doesn't spread as readily as the flue virus, or cold virus.
Individual can protect themselves from syphilis by adopting various preventive measures following  are :-

1. Practice safer sex, use condoms ๐Ÿ‘ฑ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ฉ

2. Avoid multiple sexual partners ๐Ÿ‘ฌ

3. Never share needles

4. Always use sterile needles

5. Drug treatment for syphilis infected mother  during pregnancy

6. Syphilis affected mother should not feed milk to their babies๐Ÿ‘ถ

6. " Treatment of syphilis "

Syphilis is treated with penicillin. Sexual partners should also be treated.
The mostly medication used are
1. Penicillin antibiotic
2. Antibiotics

Penicillin is one of the most widely used antibiotics and is usually effective in treating syphilis.
People who are allergic to penicillin will likely be treated with a different antibiotic, such as:

# doxycycline
# azithromycin
# ceftriaxone

Infected mosquitoes carry the Plasmodium parasite. When this mosquito bites you, the parasite is released into your bloodstream.
Once the parasites are inside your body, they travel to the liver, where they mature. After several days, the mature parasites enter the bloodstream and begin to infect RBC.
Within 48 to 72 hours, the parasites inside the red blood cells multiply, causing the infected cells to burst open.
The parasites continue to infect red blood cells, resulting in symptoms that occur in cycles that last two to three days at a time.

2.  " Causes of Malaria "

It mainly cause by mosquito and it's affected areas.
Malaria can occur if a mosquito infected with the Plasmodium parasite bites you. There are four kinds of malaria parasites that can infect humans: Plasmodium vivax, P. ovale, P. malariae, and P. falciparum.

P. falciparum causes a more severe form of the disease and those who contract this form of malaria have a higher risk of death. An infected mother can also pass the disease to her baby at birth. This is known as congenital malaria.

Malaria is transmitted by blood, so it can also be transmitted through:

1. an organ transplant
2. a transfusion
3. use of shared needles or syringes
4. Blood transplant
5. Sexual contact
6. Oral sex
7. Close contact with patients
8. Affected food๐Ÿ•
9. Affected water ๐Ÿ’ง.

3. " Signs and symptoms of malaria "

Signs and symptoms of malaria are give some indications following are :-

# Fast heart rate ❤

# Night sweats

# Fatigue

# Diarrhoea

# Nausea ๐Ÿคง

# Vomiting ๐Ÿคฎ

The Centers for Disease Control advise travelers to take the following precautionsTrusted Source:
find out what the risk of malaria is in the country and city or region they are visiting
ask their doctor what medications they should use to prevent infection in that regionobtain antimalarial drugs before leaving home.

4.  In emergency situations, local health authorities in some countries may carry outTrusted Source such as                "fogging," or spraying areas with pesticides similar to those used in household sprays.

5. " Treatment of Malaria "

People travelling to areas where malaria is common typically take protective drugs before, during and after their trip. Treatment includes antimalarial drugs.
